HOW IT WORKS

4 Steps to Becoming a Client

1. The Consultation

Before committing to a paid session, we offer a complimentary 15-minute video or phone consultation. This is a mutual opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other. It’s low-pressure and helps us discuss your goals without obligation. If you decide to move forward, your first intake and recurring weekly sessions are typically scheduled during this call.


2. Onboarding & Welcome Packet

To secure your spot in the schedule, you’ll complete our digital Welcome Packet via your secure client portal. This ensures we have all the necessary clinical and legal details in place before your first visit. You will sign our Therapeutic Agreement, Technology & Privacy Policy, and Billing documents and add a payment method (credit/debit card) for automatic charges. We also ask you to complete brief symptom surveys so your treatment plan is tailored from day one.


3. Your First Session

When your Welcome Packet is complete, you’ll receive event confirmation for your first paid appointment, which is typically a 60-minute intake session. We spend this time getting to know one another, reviewing your history, and collaboratively creating preliminary treatment goals tailored for you.


4. Ongoing Care

For individual clients, we typically move to 50-minute weekly sessions with a reserved appointment in our clinical calendar. At this frequency, we work toward your mental health goals at a pace that feels right for you.
